Hiring Priority
Unlock hiring after completing "A Scolding from Yoshie" sub mission. Use Flyer ads first (₡50, max 2 applicants), then upgrade to TV (₡150, 3) and Internet (₡400, 4) as your Cooksta rank increases. Maki joins automatically in Ch2 — free hire.
Training Costs
Training one staff from Lv1 to Lv20 costs ₡327,542 total. Key milestones: Lv3 (skill unlock — ₡215), Lv5 (recipe — ₡442), Lv7 (second skill — ₡911), Lv15 (recipe — ₡16,348), Lv20 (Cooksta post — ₡99,328). Skills are unlocked in random order at Lv3 and Lv7. Always unlock a recipe at Lv15.
Best Cooks
Raptor (770 at Lv20) and Drae (666) are the top two. Itsuki (628) is the best value. Kyoko and Billy are solid mid-game picks. Avoid Mitchell (29 at Lv20 — strictly novelty).
Best Servers
El Nino (425 at Lv20) has the highest serving stat. Davina and Masayoshi reach ★★★★★ at Lv20. Pai has great starting stats for early game. Yusuke is better used as a procurer once you have good servers.
Dispatch / Procure
Staff assigned to Dispatch earn ingredients and items while you dive. Key procurers: Yusuke (high proc rate), Davina, Masayoshi, Pai, Liu, Carolina. Dispatch efficiency depends on their relevant stat. Rotate staff between serving and dispatching based on your current needs.
