Weapon Strategy Guide

Early Game (Ch 1-2)
Focus on upgrading your Harpoon Gun through the iDiver app. It's your only permanent weapon — every dive it comes with you. Save gold specifically for this. Pick up the Net Gun and Tranq Dart from weapon chests when you see them.
Mid Game (Ch 3-4)
Start forging permanent weapons at Duff's shop. The Sniper Rifle is essential for boss fights. Triple Axel with Poison Tip is a devastating combo for general diving. Equip the Steel Net Gun for fish farm breeding stock.
Late Game (Ch 5-6)
Build the Blackhole Grenade for crowd control and the Death Rifle or maxed Sniper for bosses. Keep Ice and Fire weapons for their respective FishMon. The Sticky Bomb Gun is the ultimate prize — build your entire loadout around it if you find it.
Loadout Tips
Always carry one weapon for damage and one for utility. Example: Sniper Rifle (bosses) + Net Gun (captures). Harpoon with Poison Tip covers both roles decently. Against FishMon, match your elemental weapon to the requirement.
